3rd Annual Walk for the Dogs
Join D4D for its third annual fundraising walk on Saturday, August 21. Friends, family, and dogs welcome!
Sports Basement, Walnut Creek
Saturday, August 21
8:00 am - 12:00 pm
The 5k course starts and ends at Sports Basement in Walnut Creek located at 1881 Ygnacio Valley Road. Invite your friends and family to sponsor your participation and participate in our raffle.
Raffle items: a Kindle, a Dsi XL, a Flip Ultra Camcorder
and iPod shuffles.
You do not need to be present to win and tickets are available
for purchase at D4D's offices.
Pre-registration is encouraged and costs $20. An expedited sign-in table will be available on the day of the walk for those who register below, and all pre-registered participants will receive a free event t-shirt. Only those who pre-register are guaranteed a t-shirt.
A 32G iTouch will be awarded to the top fundraiser who raises over $1000!
The registration fee for those who register on the day of the event is $30.
Please remember to print out the Sponsorship and Liability forms, below, and bring them with you, along with your collected donations, to walk registration on the morning of August 21, 2010. We look forward to seeing you there!
